~~27 weeks and 4 days~~

Today I am in my third trimester. I have 12 more weeks to go.  I have an app on my iPhone called "What to Expect". Each day it tells me how far along the baby may be.  Today it says he is the size of a head of cauliflower,16 inches long and 2.5 lbs. Collin this past week has been super active as always. But doesn't seem to sleep much, about 30 mins here and there. I read all these articles that say that is normal and he will start sleeping more in my tummy once he gets bigger and cannot move around as much. We will see. It is amazing how many websites there are, all about being pregnant and having a baby. And the crazy thing is they all say different things. I finally got tired of switching and reading them all, so I try to just stick to one or two. I still haven't been sleeping very well. I have horrible heartburn and do not go to bed without a Pepcid. My next baby appointment is July 20th.

It was an exciting day yesterday, Traci and Jenna both had their babies. Both baby girls and healthy. I was very excited for them both.

This past week I have been babysitting my little cousin Bryan. He is so cute!!! He is 20 months and a handful. I was so excited about babysitting him this week. He gives me a idea of what it is going to be like having Collin. He is so good though, I keep telling his mom, I hope this is rubbing off on Collin. He takes his naps every day and is happy about it. All I have to do is ask him, are you ready to take you nap? And he puts his arms up for me to carry him to the bed, give him a bottle and a blanket and he is out in less than five minutes. Then he sleeps for 3 hours. Way to go Britney, his mom for training him and keeping up the routine.

The funny thing about having Bryan around is Angel our beagle. I didn't know how she would act with a little one around. But she does so good. He calls her "doggie" chases her around the coffee table and wants to pet her. But then when Angel gets sleepy and wants to lay down he goes and puts his head on her tummy. It is so adorable. I will try to get a picture tomorrow.
